The value indicates the current battery voltage in the vehicle's electrical system. This value is always given in voltage, e.g. 14.4 V.

In Home Assistant
BavarianData creates an entity called “Battery voltage (12V)” for it, with the right unit and device class. For it to receive values, the descriptor has to be switched on in BMW's Data Selection; the setup wizard does that in one click.
