What BMW says about it
The value specifies the maximum number of service notifications transmitted from the vehicle to BMW via telematics. The actual number of service notifications transmitted (see separate CBS key) varies depending on how the vehicle is used and whether relevant thresholds have been reached. Note: Not all Condition Based service messages which occur in the vehicle are also transferred.

In Home Assistant
BavarianData creates an entity called “Service CBS report count” for it, with the right unit and device class. For it to receive values, the descriptor has to be switched on in BMW's Data Selection; the setup wizard does that in one click.
