The static value indicated is stored in the vehicle and indicates the first time that the customer receives a message to inform them that the vehicle will soon be due for a service. This is given in weeks (for example 4).

In Home Assistant
BavarianData creates an entity called “Service Next service time threshold” for it, with the right unit and device class. For it to receive values, the descriptor has to be switched on in BMW's Data Selection; the setup wizard does that in one click.
