Usage

Once Smart Irrigation is installed, the following things will be created in Home Assistant:

• A sidebar panel that you can use to configure the integration. Its Zones tab is an everyday dashboard showing, per zone, whether it will water and why.
• A Lovelace card you can add to your own dashboards — usable by non-admin users.
• A device with entities for each zone you configured — duration, bucket, live estimate, irrigation-needed, buttons and more.
• A set of services to automate tasks.
• A start event that fires whenever an irrigate schedule runs — the hook for automation-based valve control.
• Together all of these things allow you to write your automations.
