What BMW says about it
This value indicates the remaining duration for the pre-conditioning of the stationary air conditioning in minutes at the time of data collection. This value may also be transmitted if the pre-conditioning has not been booked or if the pre-conditioning status of the stationary air conditioning is not active (“inactive”) at the time of data collection.

In Home Assistant
BavarianData creates an entity called “Preconditioning remaining time” for it, with the right unit and device class. For it to receive values, the descriptor has to be switched on in BMW's Data Selection; the setup wizard does that in one click.
